What data we collect
Only what you enter in the guided rides waiting list form: name, email address, preferred format and period, number of bikes, an optional message and the site language. When you browse the site, the technical providers listed below also receive technical data such as your IP address, needed to display the pages.
Why we use it
To manage the waiting list and contact you by email about the guided rides of the 2027 season (dates, availability, practical information). We do not send third-party advertising and we never sell or share your data.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form and confirmed through the link in the confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
Who processes data on our behalf
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France): list management and email sending, with data stored in the European Union. Netlify (Netlify Inc., USA): website hosting. Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): website fonts. For providers based outside the EU, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Any technical cookies set by providers are strictly necessary for the site to work.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing at any time by writing to info@dolomitiexperiences.com. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
