Dolomiti Experience

Winter 2026/27 · all season

Ski safaris: the Dolomites on skis, from one valley to the next.

We start from Val Gardena, ideally from Dantercepies, and link ski areas, passes and mountain huts without ever taking our skis off. I guide you on the right line at the right time: you take care of ski pass and gear.

The safari map.

Each safari is a line, each lift or pass a stop. Skis on all the way: the only shuttle, dotted, is Armentarola–Falzarego on the Lagazuoi tours. Tap a line or a safari to follow it. Distances are rough estimates of the pistes skied, from Selva and back: they can vary a lot depending on the runs chosen along the way.

Your guide.

I'm Edoardo. I have lived Val Gardena in every season for about twenty years: in winter I know the lifts, the runs and above all the moments when each line is at its best, before the queues arrive.

How it works.

Guide only

Dolomiti Superski pass, rental and accommodation are up to you. I choose the line, the order of the lifts and the timing to avoid the queues.

Two levels

Intermediate: comfortable on red runs, a full day out. Expert: black runs, long descents and a brisk pace.

3 to 8 skiers

Small groups matched by level, for a day or a weekend: one safari in a day, or two combined over the weekend, always back to Val Gardena.

All season

From December to April, snow and lifts permitting. With wind or poor visibility we change the line, never the safety.

Frequently asked questions.

What is a ski safari?
A ski tour linking several ski areas by lift, from one valley to the next, without taking your skis off. In the Dolomites the Dolomiti Superski pass makes it possible.
Where do the ski safaris start?
All from Val Gardena, ideally from Dantercepies in Selva, returning to Val Gardena the same day.
What skiing level do I need?
There are two categories: intermediate, comfortable on red runs, and expert, for blacks and long descents. Each safari shows its level.
How many kilometres do you ski?
From about 26 km of pistes on the Sellaronda to about 55 km on the Grande Lagazuoi. These are rough estimates: they change with the runs chosen along the way.
What is included?
The guide only. Ski pass, rental, accommodation and meals are up to the participants. Groups are 3 to 8 skiers.
When can you do them?
All winter season, from December to April, depending on snow and lift openings. The only shuttle is Armentarola–Falzarego on the Lagazuoi tours.
