Practice days

In the weeks before the race we ski the pistes of the course together, from Seceda to Col Raiser, when they are open: lines, rhythm and key points. No gates and no lessons: a day on skis among people racing the Gardenissima. Everyone pays their own ski pass.

Bib and race pack

If you cannot make it on Friday 2 April, we collect your bib and race pack for you, if the organisers allow it, and hand them over in Val Gardena.

How to join

Write to us with your name, year of birth and whether you are interested in the practice days or the bib collection.

How it works.

The course

The start is on the Seceda, at 2,518 m, and the finish at the Col Raiser valley station, at 1,485 m, near Selva di Val Gardena. Skiers start in pairs: the first kilometre is a parallel giant slalom; just below the Daniel hut the two courses merge and from there it is a single piste.

Who can take part

Skiers born before 31 December 2010, with FISI or FIS points or without points, in separate categories. National team members and skiers with European Cup points race for free in a separate category; there is also a "Ski Legends" category for former World Cup or European Cup athletes over 30.

What you need

A sports medical fitness declaration, competitive or amateur, submitted with your registration, and a valid ID during the race. Helmets are compulsory, back protectors recommended.

Withdrawal with refund

To withdraw and get the entry fee back, email [email protected] before registration closes, attaching a medical certificate stating you are unfit to race.
